Looking for a fun day for your young children? Reading Escapades offers fun-filled day camps for children ages 3-10. With many rotating themes such as dinosaurs and Ancient Egypt, your child will be entertained while they discover interesting and wonderful facts. Space is limited so reservations are required. The Carbon County Lion/Lioness Fair Association, Inc. was created in January 1999. The Association is comprised of the Bowmanstown/Parryville Lions, Franklin Township Lions, Lehighton Lions, Lehighton Lioness Lions, Mahoning Lions, Palmerton Lions, West Penn Lions and the Jim Thorpe Lioness Clubs. We wanted to create a Fair that would showcase the Carbon County 4-H and provide those kids with the recognition and positive reinforcement that they so greatly deserve.
