Welcome to our 2019 – 2020 season of music presented to and for you!

Each year, the chorale performs a Benefit Concert for a worthwhile cause and donates all the profits from the concert to that cause. This year, our concert in November (2019) will be performed for Autism Awareness.  We hope you are able to attend and support this very worthwhile cause.

Our Jim Thorpe, Ringtown and Trexlertown concerts are offered for your “getting in the Christmas Spirit” mood, as well as praising and thanking our God for the wonderful gift of his son.  We hope that you will enjoy the many wonderful and heartwarming pieces of music chosen to celebrate the arrival and birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We have added a concert to our season this year in which we will experience the passion of Christ. On Palm Sunday evening we will present a Passion concert in which the pieces talk about the suffering and death of Jesus. Included will be “The Seven Last Words of Christ”, which I composed back in 1991. We hope that this concert will draw you closer to his suffering, crucifixion and death, so that we will all feel the full impact as we await his resurrection on Easter Day.

And, we will perform our spring Concert with Festival Orchestra in Trinity Lutheran Church in Lehighton. With its wonderful acoustics, massive organ and amazing people, you will not want to miss this concert filled with amazing choral literature by Bach and Handel.

So, I invite you to be a part of our musical experiences as we span the fall through spring seasons, hoping to inspire you and hoping to give you Peace, comfort and jubilation. I will look forward to seeing you and greeting you at our concerts.

With gratitude,

Randall Douglas Perry
